As we age, prioritizing our health and well-being becomes increasingly important. This is especially true for individuals over 50, who may face unique challenges and health concerns. The significance of whole foods and an organic lifestyle in promoting longevity and aging well is a mission not chosen by me, but given to me after losing family and friends to illness and disease. Loss created an amazing passion to share the light of wholeness; and highlight the importance of making informed choices for our overall wellness.

According to research, three-quarters of individuals aged 50 to 64 use prescription drugs, compared to 91 percent of those aged 80 and older. These statistics emphasize the prevalence of prescription drug use among older adults and highlight the need for a holistic approach to wellness.

One of the key pillars of wellness over 50 is adopting a diet rich in whole foods. Whole foods are unprocessed or minimally processed foods that retain there natural nutrients and are free from additives.
